Pricing transparency
Written estimates with line-item parts and labor before any work begins. No surprise add-ons, no menu pricing on jobs that should be quoted by condition.
You do not have to take your Jeep to the dealer for quality service. We do the same work for less, with more communication and a longer warranty. And we welcome modified Jeeps.

Most Jeep owners assume the dealer is the only place qualified to service their truck. That is a habit, not a fact. We do the same factory-spec work, often faster, almost always for less, and we actually welcome modified Jeeps.
Most Jeep owners discover the dealer alternative when they get one outsized estimate. Then they stay because the experience is better.

Most jobs in and out the same day. Larger jobs scheduled with realistic timelines. Free loaner vehicles for qualifying repairs.
Every job includes photos of what we found, what we did, and what we recommend for next time. Most dealers do not provide this.
Three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, on qualifying NAPA repairs. Dealer warranties on most service work are 12 months.
Same factory-spec work. Different experience. Here is how the two options stack up on the things that actually matter.
| Legacy Automotive | Typical Dealer | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Line-item written estimate, condition-based. | Menu pricing with frequent add-ons. |
| Communication | Direct call from your service writer with photos. | Service advisor relays through layers. |
| Warranty | 3 years / 36,000 miles, NAPA nationwide. | Typically 12 months / 12,000 miles. |
| Loaner availability | Free loaner for qualifying repairs. | Loaner often paid or unavailable. |
| Modified Jeeps | Welcomed and respected. We service the build. | Often refused or treated as a problem. |
From routine maintenance to major repair, this is the work that keeps your Jeep on the road and on the trail. We do all of it.
Honest about boundaries. There are a few things only the dealer can do, and we will tell you straight when that applies.
Manufacturer recalls require dealer access and dealer billing to Stellantis. We will tell you what is open and recommend you take it to the dealer for that specific item.
Some module reflashes require dealer-only tooling. We are honest when a job needs the dealer's software, and we will tell you so you do not waste a trip.
If your Jeep is still under factory warranty for the specific repair, the dealer is the right call. We will say so plainly.
“The dealer wanted over $4,000 for a Pentastar cylinder head. Legacy did the job for thousands less, used quality parts, gave me a longer warranty, and showed me photos of the failed valve seats. Easy choice.”
“Took my lifted JL to the dealer once. They acted like the lift was a personal insult. Legacy actually cared about the build and did the work right. Never going back to the dealer.”
“Legacy quoted me half what the dealer wanted for a transfer case service, did it the same day, and the truck has been perfect since. They earned a customer for life.”
