Pricing transparency
Written estimates with line-item parts and labor before any work begins. No surprise add-ons, no menu pricing on jobs that should be quoted by condition.
You do not have to take your Subaru to the dealer for quality service. We do the same work for less, with more communication and a longer warranty.

Most Subaru owners think the dealer is the only place that can service their car the right way. That is a habit, not a fact. We do the same work as the dealer, often better, often faster, and almost always for less.
Most Subaru owners discover the dealer alternative when they get one outsized estimate. Then they stay because the experience is better.

Most jobs in and out the same day. Larger jobs scheduled with realistic timelines. Free loaner vehicles for qualifying repairs so your day does not stop.
Every job includes photos of what we found, what we did, and what we recommend for next time. Most dealers do not provide this.
Three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, on qualifying NAPA repairs. Dealer warranties on most service work are 12 months.
Same factory-spec work. Different experience. Here is how the two options stack up on the things that actually matter.
| Legacy Automotive | Typical Dealer | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing | Line-item written estimate, condition-based. | Menu pricing with frequent add-ons. |
| Communication | Direct call from your service writer with photos. | Service advisor relays through layers. |
| Warranty | 3 years / 36,000 miles, NAPA nationwide. | Typically 12 months / 12,000 miles. |
| Loaner availability | Free loaner for qualifying repairs. | Loaner often paid or unavailable. |
| Technician retention | Long-tenured ASE techs. You see the same person. | High turnover at most dealer service departments. |
From routine maintenance to major repair, this is the work that keeps your Subaru on the road. We do all of it.
Honest about boundaries. There are a few things only the dealer can do, and we will tell you straight when that applies.
Manufacturer recalls require dealer access and dealer billing to Subaru. We will tell you what is open and recommend you take it to the dealer for that specific item.
Some software flashes are dealer-only. We are honest when a job requires the dealer's tooling, and we will tell you so you do not waste a trip.
If your Subaru is still under factory warranty for the specific repair, the dealer is the right call. We will say so plainly.
“I had been taking my Outback to the dealer for years out of habit. Switched to Legacy and never looked back. Half the cost on the same services, faster, and they actually explain things.”
“The dealer wanted $1,200 for a service. Legacy did the same job for $720, with a longer warranty, and gave me photos of what they replaced. Switching saved me money the same week.”
“Honest is the word. They told me a recall belonged at the dealer and did the rest of my service themselves. That kind of straight talk earns trust.”
