Senior
Master Technician / A-Tech
Lead diagnostic and repair work across all systems. Mentor junior techs. Work on the most complex jobs in the shop.
What we are looking for
- ASE Master certification or near-master
- 5+ years independent or dealer experience
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
- Own professional tooling

Mid
Mid-Level Technician
Handle the bulk of brake, suspension, drivetrain, and routine repair work. Grow into more advanced diagnostic responsibility over time.
What we are looking for
- ASE certifications or commitment to earn them
- 2+ years professional experience
- Comfortable on alignment, brakes, drivetrain
- Own professional tooling

Customer-facing
Service Advisor
First and last point of contact for customers. Build trust, write estimates, coordinate with techs, communicate clearly through every step of a repair.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Automotive knowledge (ASE C1 a plus)
- Composure under pressure
- Customer-first mindset

Entry
Apprentice / Lube Technician
Start with oil services, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and shop support. Pathway to becoming a certified technician with mentorship from senior staff.
What we are looking for
- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity
- Reliable, on-time, ready to learn
- Valid driver's license
- Commitment to earn ASE certifications
