Do I need to keep paperwork?

Helpful but not required. We keep service records on every vehicle we work on. If you need to use the warranty out of state, the participating shop will want a copy of the original repair invoice. Email or print works.

What if I sell the car?

The NAPA Peace of Mind warranty transfers to subsequent owners within the original term. Pass along the repair paperwork at sale and the new owner has the same coverage you did.

How does NAPA roadside work?

Call the toll-free number on your warranty paperwork. NAPA dispatches roadside assistance and arranges towing to the nearest participating center. Coverage and limits are described in your warranty document. Standard exclusions apply.

Wear items past their service life
Brake pads, tires, wiper blades, filters, and similar items that wear with normal use are not covered for replacement under warranty.
Damage from accidents or misuse
Collision damage, off-road damage outside the vehicle's intended use, and damage from neglect are not covered.
Maintenance items past their interval
Required services like oil changes and fluid flushes that go beyond manufacturer intervals are not covered.
Pre-existing or unrelated conditions
Issues unrelated to the original repair, or pre-existing conditions documented at the time of service, are not covered by the warranty.
