How It Works

From request to keys in five steps.

    Tell us you need a loaner when you schedule. We check the calendar and reserve one if available.

  2. Confirm availability

    We confirm by phone or text the day before your appointment. Loaners are first-come, first-served.

  3. Quick paperwork at intake

    Bring your driver's license and insurance. Sign a short loaner agreement at the front desk.

  4. Drive away in a loaner

    Take the keys, head back to your day. We start work on your vehicle right away.

  5. Swap back when ready

    We call when your car is ready. Trade keys, settle the invoice, and you are out the door.

Most repairs over a few hours

Loaners are intended for jobs that keep your car overnight or all day. Quick services usually do not qualify.

Subject to availability

We have a limited fleet. Reserve as early as possible. Holiday and storm weeks fill up first.

Driver requirements

Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. The reservation is in the registered driver's name.

Mileage and return policy

Return the loaner with the same fuel level you received. Reasonable local mileage included. Long road trips need approval.

We invested in a small loaner fleet because the alternative, telling you to figure it out yourself, did not feel like the way we want to run a shop. It is a small thing. It matters.
